Epson stylus photo r2880 and elements 14

I have an Epson stylus photo r2880 and photoshop elements 14. I have the most up to date drive and utilities for the printer and can print to it but all of the printer properties and selections such as paper size, paper quality, print quality, preview are not available when I print in elements. How do I get those back?

    I have exactly the same problem. A newly installed Elements App, operating on an iMac, with Big Sur OS. The Epson R2880 menu is rudimentary. I have tried reinstalling the driver and deleting the Preferences file, to no effect.

    Try deleting the preferences files in both the Editor and the Organizer.  You can do this by holding down the Alt+Ctrl+Shift keys immediately upon launching the programs.  You will then be asked if you want to delete the Settings file, and you should answer yes.
