Epson XP 960 Printer and PSE 12 Compatability

A. Check on the Epson web site to be sure that you have the latest driver. If you still can not print, suggest that you reset preferences to default:

B. Close Photoshop Elements. Press and hold Ctrl Alt Shift (Mac: Cmd Opt Shift) and keep holding these keys as you restart Photoshop Elements. When you get a dialog box that says: Delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements settings file? you can let go of the keyboard keys and click Yes
