I down loaded the trial elements 2020 and I noticed that when I choose "Enhance-Adjust facial features", I receive the message "Load library failed with error 1114: A DLL initialization routine failed". When I click OK the "Photo editor-expert" CRASHES. Any advice wellcome.

IN MY COMPUTER I FOUND 2 DISPLAY ADAPTERS FROM WHICH THE ONE DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. I DISABLE THE NON FUNCTIONING AND THE PROBLEM SOLVED.
