I'm running Photoshop elements 14. I'm trying to open a Raw picture from my camera and it is telling me it can't open it. I checked for updates and it is all up to date. I was able to open a picture a week ago, and now I can't. Can someone help me out?

You will need to use the DNG converter:

Your camera needs Camera RAW 9.7, but PSE 14 only supports up to 9.5.

The alternative is upgrade to PSE2020.
