Error 146

I've tried EVERYTHING on the adobe site troubleshooting but am still getting error code 146 when I try and re-install Elements 2021 on my mac. Can anyone help??

You're S.O.L. (if you have sonoma)  You need the latest version of pse to have it work in Sonoma.  PSE 2021 will not work with Sonoma. 

If you dont' have sonoma:  turn off any anti virus for a bit then install.

That's frustrating. I do have Sonoma. It was working fine and then when I updated the photoshop software to the latest version of p.s. elements everything just went to sh1t.

So areyou saying you installed PSE 2024?  If so:  Make sure you are using the correct icon to start the program, and not the icon to the older version of pse.

I read on another thread that's it's no comptaible with Sonoma. Is that verified? Premiere works but NOT photoshop with my install......
