Error 150:30 licensing issue help?

I have Photoshop Elements 8 but it will not start, I keep getting the error message about some licensing issue. I've tried the suggestion others with the same problem have gotten, but the Adobe Licensing Repair Tool does not work. I downloaded it and started it up but it just froze. I think the tool itself is outdated too.

I'm working on a Mac.

Any help would be great.

      Da schon viele PSE-User alte Versionen nicht mehr installieren können läßt Adobe aus meiner Sicht eine Neuinstallation nach ca. 2 Jahren nicht mehr zu!

      PSE 2021 funktioniert, PSE 2019 nicht! Das geht bei Corel-Produkten besser. Hier laufen auch ältere Versionen.

      Ich werde mir nicht alle 2 Jahre eine neue Version von PSE kaufen sondern dann zu Corel, Affinity, Gimp oder Darktable wechseln. Schade eigentlich!

       

      Zum Focus-Stacking: Das mache ich intern in meiner Lumix G81. Da von vorne nach hinten focussiert wird und alle Einzelbilder gespeichert sind kann ich jederzeit den Focuspunkt anders legen.
