error 16

Hi, i'm trying to fix error 16 but when i go to the instructions and try it, I can't find SLStore or Adobe PCD on my mac. I've searched everywherecan anyone please advise ive contacted adobe 3 times and still not working even had to have a virtuel adobe take over my mac

Legend

SLStore & Adobe PCD are usually found in the system library - not the user library. On the menu bar click:

Go >> Go to Folder

Enter /Library/ (not ~/Library/)

Click Go and navigate to Application Support
