Error 6 when installing Elements on Mac. [was: Eric]

I have reinstalled Elements 3 times and still get an error 6 message. I also get the message on Premier Elements

I using an Apple Mac 6 months old.

What else can I try?

I get error 6 asking me to reinstall the programme. If that does not work contact Adobe Support.

What versions of photoshop elements and premiere elements do you have?

What version of mac os is your mac running?

When you say "installed", did you use the original install media or just copy over the apps from backup like Time Machine?

I am using version 10.12.6

Version 15 elements & premier elements

I installed from my account via internet
