Error backing up Organizer, PSE 15

I've done a full backup of my catalog on an external hard drive. Since I've been adding alot of photos, I'm trying to do an incremental backup. When I get to step 2, and begin the back up, I get the message: Users/(name)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Elements Organizer/Catalogs/My Catalog/catalog.pse15db. I searched on line like it says to, but I've not been able to figure out the problem. It seems like this issue has happened to others, but no solution has been found. Doing a full backup each time seems so time consuming. If anyone has figured this out, I'd appreciate the help!  Thank you!

    I am running into a similar problem. Did you ever get this resolved? And if so, can you share how? I have 2 backup catalogs (thats a whole other story. Nonetheless, I get the (enclosed screenshot) whenever I try to do an incremental backup how.
