Error code 1 and error code 403

I have got an iMac 2020. I upgraded to the Monterey os. I launched 2020 ps element 2020 when it always crashed so I uninstalled the software and I reinstalled it when I saw error 1 creative cloud has been corrupted. I uninstalled the creative app. I tried to reinstall ps element software again when I saw error code 403 installation failed. Something went wrong while installing my creative cloud.

To the best of my knowledge PSE 2020 won't work with monterey.
Adobe only offically supports the most current version, and the previous version (pse 2021 in this case).  What does that mean?  They won't issue any updates to pse 2020.
