I tried to download Photoshop Elements 2019 (free trial) and the installer stopped and showed the error code 215. I searched for answer and could not find it. Any one know what is going on? And what should I do next?
Do you have an active firewall? It may be worthwhile temporarily disabling it together with internet security/anti-virus software. You can enable again after installation is complete. Other things to check:
If you are using a macOS computer:
Else, log out of your computer and log back in.
If you are using a Windows computer:
Else, restart your computer.
