Error for PSE 24 trying to make a contact sheet

I had this error occur occasionally in PSE 2020. I would trash the preference file and it would work again. In this update that fix doesn't work. Any suggestions? It's still in the user manual as an option so how?

    I tried my old process again, turned out I'd trashed the preferences file
    from a previous version so that's what went wrong. It worked when the right
    file was trashed.

    What version of macOS do you have?

     

    Did you go to

    Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/24.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

     

    and trash the

     

    Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs

    I fixed my problem. I'd trashed the preferences file for a previous version. Figured it out.
