Error for the installation of Photoshop Elements 18

Hi,

The software can't finish the installation of Photoshop Elements 18 because an error appears :

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW041 ...

ERROR: DW041: INSTALLDIR Volume D:\ doesn't exist.

The volume D:\ of my computer is the DVD lector and not a HDD.

How can I resolve this error or change the volume by C:\ ?

    Hi,

    Installation of the app is not possible on a DVD drive, but you can change the location of the installation directory by using the button present on the install options screen(screenshot below), to change the location.

    By Default the app is installed in C drive only, unless you have installed the app before. In case if the installation does not allow you to change the install directory, then please make sure that you don't have the app installed before. In case it is, try removing it and install it again.
