Could someone please help this techno-illiterate out? I purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 nearly 4 yrs ago and only got about 6 months of use before I was no longer able to use it. My e-mail address and password have not changed. I finally called the "help-line" today and was told that my version is no longer supported (they are up to version 16 now and I have 9) I hate to spend more money for a newer version if there is a simple fix.
