I am using Photoshop Elements 14 Editor on a PC running Windows 10 (with latest updates). I have to hard disk : disk C: (200GB) for system and applications and disk 😧 (2TB) for Temp directory and data.

Filter > Distort > Ocean Ripple: Unable to allocate more virtual juxtaposition

It's ok if Photoshop Elements is running as administrator. If not, there is an error message. Why, because this filter and some others create temporary files in the ROOT of disk C:.

This operation is prohibited for an standard user. The working disk for Photoshop Elements is 😧 (in the preference menu).
