Upgraded to Elements and Premiere 2023

I am on Win 10 on a powerful PC with a high enf Nvdia card

Every day I get the message "No more virtual tiles can be allocated"

I have changed my scratch disc around as some suggested in 2019 to no avail whatsover

I have four drives, none are full

Contacted support twice, asked for my regustration numbers and never got a reply (hopeless support)

I have tried running as adminsistrator, no difference. I believe it it is auto create module doing this.

I oncve saw a registry edit trick on YouTube, it did nothing.

Any ideas please?

Are you running any other software while working with Elements?

How much RAM do you have?
Does the problem arise every time you launch the Editor?  If not, please give more details about when it happens.  And does it happen after a fresh boot with no other programs running?
Have you tried turning off the C drive as a scratch disk?

Have you tried turning off Media Analysis in preferences?

If you haven't tried it yet, uninstall and reinstall the program. When you uninstall, select the option to delete preferences when it pops up.
Finally, have you tried phoning support at the numbers I gave you earlier?

No

How much RAM do you have?

48Gb

It happens at any time, I even when the program is not running, I assume a background process

Have you tried turning off the C drive as a scratch disk?

yes and every other option chosen and deselected, no change

Have you tried turning off Media Analysis in preferences?

Not yet, but that would kill functionality, I guess I have to.

If you haven't tried it yet, uninstall and reinstall the program. When you uninstall, select the option to delete preferences when it pops up.

I will try that
Finally, have you tried phoning support at the numbers I gave you earlier?

Not had a reply yet, the UK numbers are not answered, school half term time, maynbe next week, rather busy myself at the moment.

How did you contact support?  Did you give your registered serial number in reply?  Did you purchase from Adobe?

You can start a support chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Help & Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Hours of operation outside of the United States are limited. See the phone link for details.

When exactly does the message pop up? (On launch or when you take some specific action?)  What happens when the message pops up?  Can you dismiss it without any consequence or is this preventing you from editing in the Editor?  Please give us a screenshot.

Yes
Yes and Yes

The program is usable and if you research the issue on the help system, you
can see it has happened many times before in 2017 to 2019, with no
solutions, as I said.

Sadly I have it with Elements 2023

And no, the direct Adobe help line does not respond after asking me for the
serial numbers. TWICE.

Could it possibly be "virtual files" rather than "virtual tiles"?

When I google for "No more virtual tiles can be allocated" there are results that link to older versions of Photoshop, not the Elements version.  As this is technically complex my suggestion is to start an "online chat" session with Adobe techs at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
