Error registering Photoshop Elements 2020

I have an issue when trying to update PSE 2020 to support Olympus raw files. The update otion is greyed out.

The product is not registered but when I try I get an error message with no explanation of the reason for the error.

The virtual assistant doesn't help!

I have the product installed on two computers, a desktop and a laptop, which is allowed under the licence terms.

Help!
