error uninstall & reinstall - 3rd time this has happened!

Question

what am i doing wrong? why does this keep happening? I have a fairly new imac...im running elements 15 & all of the sudden it shuts down with error messages saying uninstall & reinstall - 3rd time over past few months - why?

Were you able to install PSE 15 properly?

If yes, are you getting error while trying to launch Photoshop Elements Editor or Organizer?

Please try installing latest PSE 15.2 update. To do so, launch Elements Organizer.

Go to Help > Updates and install the updates shown there.

Let us know if the issue still persists.
