Events Missing After Upgrade to 2021

I just upgraded from PSE13 to 2021 but the Events Titles did not move over. In fact the Events tab looks just like the Media tab. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Hello,

 

Can you please share screenshot of Events Tab for your Organizer and your machine details?

Also, please make sure that if you have converted catalog, it has been done correctly.
