Exporting Slideshows [Can photoshop Elements 14 slideshows be exported to a CD/DVD drive?]

Can photoshop Elements 14 slideshows be exported to a CD/DVD drive?

If they can.  How do you do it as so far all I get when I attempt it is an Error Message saying I don't have permission.

I am the "Administrator" for my computer and have permission to do anything I want.

If you are getting this error, you do not "have permission to do anything I want."
