Face recognition to meta data

Question

I am still using PSE14 Organizer to add tags to my photos metadata.  There is a face recognition feature that identifies the faces.  Is there a way to combine these 2 features by allowing the names of the recognized faces to be added to the media and then saved to the metadata?  This was available in Picasa &#128542;

Once you have saved a person's name in face recognition and saved the metadata to the file (using Ctrl+W), a name tag will appear in the file.

But how do you intend to use the metadata? Each software program has different protocols for where the metadata is stored and a different program may not be able to use/find the name stored by Elements.
