Yes, this is a user based forum. Adobe employees will occassionally come by and respond. Unfortunately, AFAIK, there is no longer an available page for user feedback for Elements. However, I believe that social media portals exist and they are managed by Adobe Employees. If you want to go that route, make sure you post to an officially sanctioned group.

If there is an urgent issue such as a server down or a reproducible bug, I can try to bring it to the attention of Adobe engineers through back channels.

Thanks for the insight.

It seems Adobe is moving further and further away from product models which work for us. It would be wise for them to observe the success of other such similar products rather than focusing on being the leader... or at least the personna.
