Hallo,

ich kann PS Elements 23 nicht installieren, Fehlercode 113 erscheint. Schon alles probiert, Firewall und Virenschutz aus, Internet Verbindung steht, immer Fehlermeldung.

Was kann ich noch tun?

Could you try contacting the support team, they might be able to help you with a link to offline installer, so you can download the complete build and install it.
