Question

Files not shown in Organisers folder-view

Hello

When I upgraded to verision 25.0 the folder view in Organiser changed, and will now only show some of my folders and files. How can I fix this?

I have run the repair-option with no effect.

Best regards

Finn Hove

PS: I have noticed that my system info says, that I run Win10. But in fact I run a fully updated Win11

That should not have been necessary.  Perhaps you did not convert your catalog automatically when you updated to Elements 2025 from an earlier version.  You can still convert the catalog if it was working properly before the update.  Otherwise, it seems that you are working with an older catalog that may not have all of your folders.  Let me know if you need help converting your old (working) catalog to Elements 2025.

Thank You for Your nice offer to support me en proper upgrade. Before this, I want to make a back up. But for the next 4 weeks I am "on the road" without my external harddisk, så if I can revert in august it would be nice.

Don't worry about the Win 10 in system info.  It is a "bug" that has been around for several versions and is probably too small for Adobe to bother fixing.

You are probably in the default List View.  You need to change the My Folders panel to Tree View.  Click on the small down arrow besides the panel heading and click on View as Tree.

Hello Greg. Thank You for your proposal. The view is already in Tree view. In the meantime I have found out, that the connections dissapeared. Så now I am Updating alle my missing files, about 34.000. The good ting is, that often it updates a complete folder.

But it would be nice to have an easier solution.

Best regards
