Focus stacking elements 10 ?

How can I focus stack in elements 10?  I've spent a lot of time watching tutorials, BUT for versions OTHER than 10

and it looks like the terminology between versions is quite different.  One good tutorial said to go to

"File"  then to  "Scripts"  then  "Load Files Into Stack"...

Turns out when I go to "File"  "Scripts" is not an option....I do not have any plug-ins either...

Easy way to do this in E-10??
