I have Elements 2021. I am having a terrible time figuring out how to create a new folder so I can move some images from an existing folder into a new folder. Can anyone help?

In the organizer, set the left panel to show folders, not albums. In the folders mode, choose 'show as tree' to get the usual tree mode you are acquainted with in the Explorer. Choose under which folder you wish to create your new folder. Right click and in the dropdown menu, select 'new folder'.
