Font Size on Homescreen

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 on a Windows 10 computer. The font size on the home screen is so small I cannot read it without a magnifying glass. I cannot find where to click to adjust what I am looking at. Anyone got a clue? I am trying to use PS but cannot because of the font size. Thanks in advance.

    The correct answer is to purchase the latest version. I have done so. If someone knows how to delete this thread, go ahead and delete.

    Right click on the computer's homescreen to get to Display settings. Click on this for Scale and Layout. You may be able to make changes to improve legibility. If this proves to be unsatisfactory, suggest that you avail yourself of the free 30-day trial of the current version of PSE for evaluation.

      Thanks for the suggestion. I increased scale and layout as suggested. Changes every other program except PS.
