For the love of God, where is the warp / puppet warp tool (Photoshop elements 2020)

Question

Photoshop Elements 2020, it is not in the Edit menu, nor is it in the Transform menu. Why do the sadistic designers at Adobe feel the need to move everything around so often and constantly make the UI worse every single year... I have watched 50 tutorials and every single one has a different location for the warp or puppet warp functionality. I am losing my mind.

Nothing has been moved. The Warp tool was just introduced in Elements 2022. I suspect that most of the tutorials you have viewed are for Photoshop CC.

And even Elements 2022 does not have the Puppet Warp tool.
