Fotoeditor does not open

If I have the Organiser open and I want to enter the Fotoeditor I get the message "Der Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Arbeitsbereich wird geladen" the fields "Fast/Assistant/Expert/ do not open. What can I do ???

I would certainly appreciate anybodys help

Try deleting the prefs.

Press the three keys Ctrl+Alt +Shift whilst simultaneously clicking to launch Photo Editor.

Keep the three keys depressed for one or two seconds and then release. You will get a message asking if you wish to delete settings. Click Yes and wait for the Photo Editor to Launch.
