Could you please share more details around the problem and steps you are following to import media in Elements Organizer?

That should never happen.  Please explain your problem in more detail. 

How are you importing files into the Organizer?

 

If you are importing from a camera or card reader, are you shooting both jpeg and raw files?  If so, are you importing from the same memory card more than once?  And, if so, are the duplicate files stored in the same folder on your computer and have a -1 suffix in the file name? 

 

Are the duplicate files stored in different folders?
