Ik kan na het installeren van adobe photoshop elements 15 op mijn windows 7 pc het programma photoshop niet openen, ik krijg als melding "kan toepassing niet correct starten 0xc000007b "

It’s an OS error not an Adobe program error.

You may need to update Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 or later. But first try a repair.
