[FR] - A way to use the Spot Heal brush in an automated/assisted way

This is a suggestion for a tool which would utilize the Spot healing brush behavior when used as a spot touch (single mouse click affects a circular area). 

Why- not happy with results of Dust/Noise filter and prefer to not use a filter processing in general.  Very happy with results of spot brushing but is very tedious even most of the 'spots' are very obvious when you get to the correct zoom level. 

How.  This would work by learning from the users first spot heals, the user sets the correct diameter and provides a good source spec.  The computer algo then finds similar dust spots in the nearby working areas, then the user confirms the edits and can work through this task at a vastly improved rate.
