freezing the whole time

Hi,

I have Photoshop Elements 2020 which freezes for about 6 Minutes at a time. It's always dune it.

I now have a really good computer which did not change anything.

Can't understand why Adove make such crap software. And one can't contact Adobe, it's like they're not even there!! I would love to get it replaced with one that WORKS!!

Anyway I hope I can get some advice here
