frequency separation under 15

I have just discovered that ps15 has no "apply image" choice under Image tab. Is there a similar function instead? As frequency separation technique so much talked about depends on this "apply image" button.

    The High Pass filter is under Filter>Other>High Pass

    Make sure your in the Expert mode.

    Thanks, Kelly. Great article but it seems Adobe Elements 15 simply has no high pass filter nor frequency separation. This 15 I suspect either is too simplified or more advanced by replacing apply image or high pass with new tools. I am just learning how to use ps using elements 15. Hope this is not a trash software compared to cc.
