From my laptop to my Mac

Present status is:

- 1 Mac(HighSierra) with trialversion of PSElements2018

- and my laptop(Windows10) with PSElements 11 with 5 catalogs totaling some 25.600 photo's "connected" to

  4 files in Pictures with total some 64.000 photo's(49GB).

- Have an external 320 GB disc available

My question:

How do I transfer the above "laptopPSE11configuration" to the "PSE2018 version" on the Mac

incl. the complete files, catalogs, albums, tags etc.?

Hope you you can direct me to the right track.
