Frustrated purchaser of Adobe Photoshop elements 15

Hi Hope someone can help me:

I just purchased in Australia in an Office Works store the Photoshop Elements 15 software licence. I have followed all instructions and it wont download. Triggered my avira virus protection as a prolem?

All I want is a contact number for someone nto help or an email address but 1 hour later online and it seems too hard.

    But I have purchased a licence for over 100 from a computer store and

    it wont let me download on to my pc. Is there a number for support I

    can call to help me please.

    Did you try downloading from location mentioned above.

    If not, please try to do so.

    If you are unable to download from that location as well, requesting you to please post a screenshot of the error message.
