Just bought the new fuji xe4 and having difficulty importing images (raw) from camera to PSE 18. Being told that the images are corrupted or PSE doesn't recognise them. SD card has been formatted. Any help would be appreciated

Troubleshoot Adobe Camera Raw Compatibility Photoshop Lightroom

You probably should use the DNG converter for PSEv.18

Camera Raw plug-in support for the Fujifilm X-E4 has only been added this month with the release of version 13.2.

That version of the plug-in is not yet available for more recent versions of Photoshop Elements (the latest version is 13.0).

And as you have Photoshop Elements 2018, the Camera Raw plug-in is only compatible up to version 10.3.

So, you have two options:

1. Use Fujifilm's own X Raw Studio software to process your images before bringing them into Photoshop Elements 2018.

FUJIFILM X RAW STUDIO

2. Download the Adobe DNG Converter (for Windows or macOS) and convert the raw images into the DNG format before bringing them into Photoshop Elements 2018.

Hope that helps, and hope you're enjoying your new camera - looks sweet! 🙂
