How can I make a full backup of photos and metadata from Photoshop Elements 2021 to an external hard drive?

This is the Premiere Elements (video) forum but the procedure is the same. Use Organizer and select Backup Catalog from the Files menu and select Full Backup. Follow the prompts to select your external drive.
