FX and Styles panels empty

Hi there,

My FX and Styles panel on the right hand side of my workspace comes up empty when I select them.

I can see the options for Filters and Graphics but not FX and Styles.  It's been like that since Day 1 which was this past July.  (See screenshot)

This is what I'm running my Photoshot Elements 2020 ver. 18.0 on:

Windows 10

Elements is installed on my Data (D:) drive to save space on my Windows (C:) drive.  Not sure if that makes a difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
