Wie erhalte ich eine Fallnummer zur Übertragung einer Lizenz?

    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
    Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

      thanks for help. But unfortunately there`s no type "Agent" to be seen in the chat box. Meanwhile I tried another way to come into contact with Adobe but I didn`t receive until now an answer with a case number. So I`ll wait for another day.
