Please explain how you were able to install both on one Mac and in 5 Windows computers with a single license.

With the boxed version, you can install in Mac and Windows, but while you can 'instal' on several computers, you can only activate two computers at the same (and only use yourself a single computer at the same time). To change the activation to one of the installed computer, you have to deactivate one of the two activated. That means that only two of your computers are activated and you have nothing to do with the other ones since they are no longer activated and you can't work with them.

Note that if you have a Windows Store version, the licensing is managed differently by Microsoft.

It is not entirely clear to me what you wish to do. If you wish to deactivate, click on the "Help" menu to proceed with deactivation.

If this is not the issue, please provide more details.
