Gesichtserkennung versetzt

I'm not exactly sure what you did outside of the Organizer.  Did you crop the image?  Did you change the metadata?

In any event, probably the best way to reassign the coordinates of a person to a face that has been previously been through face recognition is to go to single image view and use the Mark Face button to identify the face.

Do you really need face recognition to assign the face coordinates in the photo?

Why isn't it sufficient to only have the name recognized?  You can still search by name, even if the face does not show up in the Named People stacks.

It is also possible to multi-select all incorrectly tagged files and remove the improper tag with one command.

If you can tell me the command that I can use to reset various images from a catalog without including all of them, I'd appreciate it. Of course, the editor in Elements is the main reason why the Originator is only a minor feature. This problem seems like a bug to me. In my case, it's old images where the affiliation should be clear.

I only changed the image section. In the first case, I used a Microsoft tool because it's easier and faster. But the effect is the same in Adobe Editor. If I use manual face selection, I have the correct assignment, but the old ID is still there. The only option is to delete the image from the catalog and re-import it; then all the information is deleted. Unfortunately, a lot of images are affected.
