I just downloaded PSE15 and have tried to install it 3 times on a Windows 8 PC. I keep getting an error message telling me I need to restart and then try to re-install. I don't understand what the issue is.
Is your W8 machine 64 bit?
What happens if you ignore the re-start message? Does installation continue?
