Getting exact background color on my extended canvas

Hi Everyone,

I am using photoshop element 2019 on windows. I have a bussiness card which is (3.2x2)inch. I made the bussiness card to (3.75x2.25)inch by expanding the canvas size. Business card background color is red and I want same color on epanded canvas.What action I should take to resolve this problem. Please help me to get the exact color on expanded canvas

If everything is not set up to 300PPI please do the following:

Triple the size of your business card dimensions.   11.25 x 6.75 inches


Why?   It will print crisp at business card size.   
If you don't:   It's gonna look like a cheap, homemade business card.

  1. Click on the Color Picker tool
  2. Click on the red business card
  3. The foreground color will change to the desired color red
  4. Select the Paint Bucket tool
  5. Click on the canvas
