Getting Photoshop Elements 2024 to open.

I have been using PSE 2024 on my new Windows 11 24H2 computer for a couple of weeks with no problems. Today, for some inexplicable reason, it refudes to open. I can open Organiser but not the Editor and that's what I want to use.
I uninstalled the original installation and re-installed it which all went fine but when I select the Editor icon all I get is the 'busy' wheel for a minute or so and that disappears but nothing else happens.
Help!

Legend

Pree and hold your left shift key, then clic on the icon used to open the editor. Tell me what happens (Just andswer YES when the pop up asks about it)
