I have bought elements 2021 for a relative and want to know if they can sign in to my account and download it on their machine?? I thought I could send the code but it appears not.

Thanks for that.

I managed to transfer the license and though it was a bit complicated for me, and the other luddite it was transferred to, we managed with the help of Adobe support who were very good.
