Is the graduated filter tool available in elements 15?

    The graduated filter is part of the camera raw toolset but is only available in Photoshop CC or Lighroom.

    Elements does have the gradient tool which allows you to apply shading between a foreground and background color/transparency simply by dragging in any direction. The gradient can be applied to the entire image or to a selection.
