Grouping Layers using Elements 14

 In Elements 14, am I able to create a group in layers.,and if so how would I do that.  Right now, I highlight two layers and right click but the drop down box does not have a choice for (create a group)???

My other question is ... If I can't group layers and the instructions on you tube ask for that.  Can I still go ahead without grouping with the same outcome.  Sorry, for all the questions.  Just getting back into things.
