Half of Elements buttons not working.....

Hi  Just installed Elements 15 and the top row where FILE and HELP buttons are located are not working.  Some of the other buttons on screen are not working either.  The IMPORT button did not work until I restarted the computer.  What's going on?  I have Windows 10 running on a brand new Cyberpower computer.  I don't see any updates for this program either.  Thanks

    Are you using Elements Organizer?

    If yes, then please refer to help article Mouse cursor not visible or menus not opening in Adobe Elements Organizer.

    Thanks Ankitd !!  After working with Adobe Help....The person that I chatted with fixed the problem. He said it had something to do with "autohide" of the task bar .........my Elements is now working. Thanks for all who replied to my forum post !!

    Do they work in Expert Mode?  If not, try resetting the preferences.  If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall.

    Are you in Organizer or Editor?  Some Menu items are disabled unless they are needed for the task you are doing so can you tell us what exactly are you trying to do?

    Restarting the machine is always recommended after any installation or any updates or any upgrades.  so this is not an issue here.
