Has anyone had problems loading PSE 15?

I've had a problem loading PSE 15. First it took several attempts to get it even to load without it freezing. Now that it appears to have loaded it is patchy in editor and the Organizer just will not work, nothing but a screen, none of the radio buttons will work. Please help if you can.
